Power
The 4 HP motor, combined with the serpentine drive belt reduction system
delivers plenty of cutting power - standard granite slabs are cut in 4 to
5 minutes. The 4 HP motor runs on standard 220V 20 amp single phase electrical
power. The motor has a belt reduction system that is fully enclosed and
self tensioning. This system makes the blade spin at 2,150 rpm, the optimum
speed for cutting stone with a 14" blade. Comparable direct drive motors
spin much faster and do not develop as much cutting torque and power. |

Accuracy
When cutting full-size slabs the protractor is just not enough to accurately position the stone. The Combi 3000 has an additional fence system that runs the length of the saw.
This fence is fully adjustable and locks in place quickly and accurately. |
The Water Tub
The water tub is easy to access and clean after a day of fabrication. Just roll it out from under the saw and empty. |
Computer Controlled
A computer for automated current control ensures that the speed of cut and
motor amperage draw are always at optimal levels. The gear drive advancement
system is the most reliable made, fast, accurate, chip free cuts are automatic,
pass after pass. |
Reliability
The travel bar is built like an actual suspension bridge, with pre-tensioned
bars anchored within it. This provides great reliability and accuracy, cut
within a 1/32" over 10 feet. |
Toughness
The Combi 3000 is built extremely well. Use the forklift hoist slots to
move the 3000 around the shop, or load it up and take it to the jobsite. |
User
Friendly
The controls for a fully automated saw have never been more user friendly.
Operating the Combi 3000 is not rocket science - new operators can be trained
and up to cutting speed in an hour or two. |
Fully Automated
The Combi 3000 has a computer on board which senses if the stone being cut becomes denser in certain spots. The computer will automatically ensure that additional amperage is sent to the motor, preventing stalling or pinching. |
Versatility
The saw head also has the ability to chop up and down, plunge cuts up to 4 3/4" are possible. |
Handling System
Two roller tables are included with every saw. This makes handling the slabs much easier. |
Cutting 45°
Tilting to 45° degrees is easy, simply feather the hydraulic control lever and the saw gently rotates over to 45 degrees. To return the saw to 90 degrees, pump the lever 4 to 5 times. Simple, safe and accurate. |
